Denise comes to the Foundation with a track record of leadership roles both in philanthropy and the wider charity sector. Drawing on her blended experience of working in grant making, creating inclusive systems and processes, and leading equity, diversity practices which change the sector. There is much expertise and knowledge she can bring to our work.
Denise is a driven social leader, with business sense, her particular passion is driving change for and with communities. She has overseen change strategies in charities, most recently implemented a grant making strategy, rooted in equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging at UnLtd, the foundation for social entrepreneurs, as well as leading the organisations response to an equity audit. At the heart of all Denise’s work is social justice and achieving long term change.
