Young Advisory Board (YAB).
We believe lived experience should shape our work. That’s why we want to hear directly from young people (18-25), especially those with experience of issues they care about. YAB members will help shape our strategy, contribute to funding recommendations, build skills and confidence.
This is a paid opportunity.
The Joseph Levy Foundation (JLF) is committed to creating opportunities and improving outcomes for young people who experience disadvantage. Our 2025-2030 strategy includes a simple principle: decisions are stronger when they are informed by lived experience. The Foundation believes that young people should play a meaningful role in shaping the decisions that affect them. To support this commitment, JLF is establishing its first Young Advisory Board.
The Young Advisory Board will provide insight, challenge, and advice to help strengthen the Foundation’s work. Members will contribute their perspectives, help shape funding priorities, and ensure that the experiences of young people remain central to decision-making.
The Young Advisory Board is an opportunity not only to influence the future of the Joseph Levy Foundation, but also to develop your leadership skills, gain an understanding of governance, and build practical experience in philanthropy and charity leadership.
